Who’s in the shop
Hi, I’m Jared, and I’m the person behind Ruthless Workshop. I do everything from art design to lumber sourcing, and I’m also the person pushing tools to cut, carve, shape, sand, and finish every piece.
It has been my life long desire to have my own small business, so I finally decided to take the risk and make it work. So now I’m running Ruthless Workshop, I love it, and I’m doing everything I can to make it succeed!
Focus of the shop
I want to create woodworking pieces that resonate with people and express my artistic vision. My design philosophy puts equal value on beauty and practicality, and I’m happy to take inspiration from customers (especially for commissioned pieces). I have a few commitments for anyone who might be interested in my work:
- No AI (Ruthless Workshop does not, and will not, us AI in art design)
- Everything is made in the workshop (I won’t dropship)
- All hardwood lumber is locally sourced (I pick every board myself)
- Honesty (in timelines, commission quotes, and setting expectations)
